LLM COUNTRY CLUB, INC. RENTAL RULES
The LLM Country Club, Inc. (LLM) has been and intends to continue to be a single family home community. Renting/leasing of homes is allowed, subject to the following rules:
1. LLM homes are single family homes. A home cannot be rented unless the homeowner vacates the premises.
2. A renter may not sublet use of the home.
3. The homeowner must submit to the Board of Directors the name of the intended tenants. Only those occupants listed by the homeowner may reside in the home.
4. In order for a tenant to receive pool passes, the homeowner must be a Member in Good Standing.
5. Passes shall be issued only once per season to either the homeowner or tenant. Once the house is rented for a season, the homeowner forfeits all rights to the use of LLM facilities for that season. In order for the tenant to receive a pool pass, the homeowner must provide a copy of the lease or rental agreement to the LLM Board of Directors.
6. The LLM homeowner is responsible for the conduct of the tenant, and for maintenance of the home. By renting a home within the LLM Country Club, Inc., the tenant agrees to abide by and be familiar with the ByLaws and Rules of the HOA.
7. A home may not be rented during the first two years of ownership by the current homeowner.
